Our firm provides legal services to corporations at every step of their corporate life from incorporation and registration to dissolution and liquidation. Our services include providing advice on and implementing changes to the corporate structure and related matters pertaining to the relationship between a corporation and its stockholders or members.

The Firm advises individuals and corporations on both national and local tax issues and aids clients in taking advantage of tax incentives offered by the Philippine Government. The Firm has represented clients in tax controversies and disputes as well as compromise settlements with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs, Department of Finance.
